Low CAT score? Don’t worry!

Common Admission Test (CAT) is one of the most popular entrance exams for MBA conducted by IIMs. More power to you. There are still some top B-schools apart from the IIMs that accept CAT scores below 90 as well that you can apply to. You still have a chance to enrol in PGDM/MBA programme. And that’s when RICS School of built environment comes to your rescue.

What after CAT?

Our admission procedure does not entirely depend upon the CAT marks but also that in:

  • 10th and 12th along with graduation
  • CGPA or percentile that allows a candidate to secure a place

These things lead to a major portion of the eligibility criteria, giving an advantage to candidates who have a CAT percentile below 90.

Eligibility Criteria for:

  • MBA in Real estate and Urban Infrastructure
  • MBA in Construction Project Management
  • MBA in Construction Economics & Quantity Surveying
    Noida campus Mumbai Campus

    For NS (Non-Sponsored) category: 

    • Min 50% marks in Graduation with min score of MAT - 500/GMAT – 500 / CMAT – 150

    Or

    • Percentile in CAT/XAT - 75 / NMAT - 60 

    Or 

    • Amity Written Test on the day of Interview.
    • For S (Sponsored) category: 
      • min 50% marks in Graduation with min score of MAT-450/GMAT- 450/ CMAT - 100 

      Or

      • Percentile in CAT/XAT - 65 / NMAT - 50 

      Or 

      • Amity Written Test on the day of Interview.

     

    • Qualifying CAT/XAT Percentile-75,
    • NMAT 60 percentile,
    • MAT Score- 500
    • GMAT Score- 500

    Or

    • Test on the day of interview Graduation (min      50%)

     

     

Scholarships:

CAT-2At RICS School of Built Environment, we believe in rewarding the hard-work and excellence achieved by meritorious students in their academic endeavors. As part of this ongoing initiative, scholarships are awarded to students of the RICS School of Built Environment on merit basis.

Scholarship is granted on :

  • Annual basis and continuation in second and further years of the program is subject to scholarship policy.
  • To continue availing 100% scholarship, students must secure a position in top 5% of the merit list for the program.
  • For continuation of 50% scholarship, students would need to secure position in top 10% of the merit list for the program.
