Traveling not only provides a chance for recreation,  but actually creates encounters that determine the kind of life you want. 

While BBA REUI program at RICS SBE emphasizes on the relevance of providing conceptual knowledge, it also aims at providing opportunities for Experiential learning throughout its term of three years.

The SBE Mumbai campus organized a two-day City visit to Pune for its second semester students of BBA-REUI program on 4^th and 5^th of February 2020.

The Learning objective was to enable our students to understand and learn about the City through:

1. Visits to the popular Malls like Phoenix and Amanora Mall at Koregaon Park.

Students got to understand about the Layout Plan of Retail Malls, Different Brands available at the outlets, Visual Merchandising Elements, Promotion offers, Sustainable aspects, Entry-Exit points or fire exits, Mall Management and parking layouts.

2. Visiting the Magarpatta City’s Corporate office where a Presentation session was conducted by their Marketing Head Mr. Manit Sharma.

His session vastly covered the Vision of the Township, Challenges Planning of City, Highlights and Innovative strategies that were adopted to make it most successful township.

The bonus for our students was the Question hour session with the Promoter of the township, Mr Satish Magar, resulting in an enriching experience for our students.

The major learning for our students was to build and value team bonding and they gained immense confidence out of this experience.
