Mihir Murari Ayyanchira

Mihir Ayyanchira has varied experience in construction industry and academics of more than 6 years. He started his career as a Jr. Site Engineer to Planning In-charge in Indian MNCs. He has good exposure in execution and scheduling of muliti-crore projects viz. residential, airport, railway and township projects prior to joining academics. He has worked in different regions of India such as Goa, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. His research interests are project planning, risk management, new construction materials and new construction technologies. He currently teaches new construction materials, construction technologies, project planning and control and risk management in RICSSBE, Amity University, Mumbai.

Ms. Jayanti Banarjee Das

Associate Professor

Associate Professor, School of Real Estate and Infrastructure, RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Mumbai. Jayanti Banerjee Das is a professional in the field of teaching English and Business Communication for over three decades at various levels. She has taught in leading Business Schools like S.P.Jain, Institute for Technology & Management, and even trained nurses in India, Jordan and Sri Lanka for English proficiency and job readiness. She has completed her graduation in English Literature from Madras University, followed by a Post-Graduation in the same field, where she stood Second in the University of Madras. She went on to complete her M.Phil in Humanities from the Anna University Madras, where she was awarded a distinction for her thesis on The Inter-relation of Art-forms in Tagore’s Dance Dramas. She also hold an Executive MBA Degree in Human Resources Management from National Institute of Business Management, Chennai. Before she forayed into teaching Business Communication to Engineering students in reputed colleges under the Mumbai University, she was teaching basic grammar to Junior College students. Her first break with teaching Business Communication at the Post-graduate level began with her visiting assignment at S.P. Jain, Mumbai. At ITM, Mumbai, she was the Head of the Department of Business Communication and also the head of the Admissions pan India. She has been very successful in training students for IELTS and TOEFL and took up a full time assignment to train nurses in English for Hospital recruitment in USA. She has been faculty in English & Business communication while holding the post of Manger Corporate Communications with the Vidyalankar Group of Institutes for several years. Teaching award for best teacher from the Lions Club of Madras. Successful Corporate Training in Soft Skills for organizations like Ram Krishna Hospitality Services, Mumbai and ICICI Securities Mumbai.

Rajiv Nehru

Head of Product Development and Training

Rajiv Nehru heads the Training and Product Development division at RICS South Asia. He is a civil engineer with a Master’s in Construction Management from the University of Pune. He also holds a Diploma in Materials Management. Rajiv has more than 23 years’ experience as a construction management professional and has honed his skills in construction, contract management, business strategy, strategic planning, cost management and program management. In his career, he has worked with reputed companies like Hindustan Construction Co (HCC) Ltd as Assistant Vice President – Project Management and was the Founder and Principal Consultant at Nehru Institute of Construction & Enterprise (NICE). As the Director General of the Real Estate Academy for Developers (READ), he single handedly developed the institute for training real estate professionals. He has also worked as Director of National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune, and was responsible for setting up their Bangalore, Bahrain and Hyderabad campuses. He has worked as a project management trainer and consultant in India, the Middle East and Africa and has trained more than 15,000 people in construction project management. He shares his vast experience with upcoming professionals as Guest Faculty in Construction Project Management in prestigious institutes like IIT Kharagpur, IIM Lucknow, Power Management Institute NOIDA and more.

Sanjay Govind Patil

Sanjay Govind Patil is currently associated with RICS School of Built Environment Mumbai as Associate Dean & Director for School of Construction. He is a result oriented professional with 18 years of rich & extensive experience in academic administration, curriculum development, strategic planning, teaching & learning strategies, research & development with an added industry experience in project planning & management, resource deployment & site administration.

Shekhar Nagargoje

Associate Professor

Shekhar Nagargoje is a real estate professional and academician having experience in real estate analytics, techno economic feasibility studies, highest and best land use studies, business development and real estate advisory services. He has also taught in leading architecture and project management institutes in Pune with urban planning, smart cities, real estate property valuation, project appraisal, corporate real estate management, real estate investments and entrepreneurship as his core subjects. He has been invited as a domain expert and guest faculty at prominent institutions in India and abroad. He has completed his graduation in Civil Engineering, and a post-graduation in Planning with a specialisation in Housing from School of Planning, Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology, Ahmedabad. Shekhar Nagargoje is a founder director of Planmax, a research and advisory firm which offers consultancy and advisory on project feasibility and real estate investment analysis. He is Vice President- Research & Analytics on the board of Banyan resources, an asset development and management firm. He was a faculty with National Institute of Construction Management and Research in the School of Projects, Real Estate and Infrastructure Management, Pune. He has worked in land advisory team for K Raheja Corp, Mumbai where he was actively involved in financial feasibility, business development and market research activities for Inorbit Malls, a leading Shopping centre development company, covering over 25 cities across India and has analyzed over 200 land parcels pan India. He has also headed the research and advisory division of IL&FS property management services ltd., for the western region. He was the CEO and was heading company operations for Nandan Buildcon for their project Nandan Prospera at Pune. Shekhar Nagargoje is a gold medallist from CEPT University, Ahmedabad he was also conferred upon teaching excellence award at National Institute of Construction Management and Research for two consecutive years. He was invited by Confederation of Indian Industries as expert panellist on Smart cities forum, he also has been on various International panel discussions. He was awarded for his contribution in training students in development and analytics at Guangzhou University, China. Shekhar is also a reviewer of International Journal of Construction Management, Taylor and Francis group. His research paper and case studies has been conferred as Merit paper award and Best case award at International conferences.

Triveni Prasad Nanda

Assistant Professor

Triveni is an architect by education and a thorough professional experienced in various aspects of the built environment, such as project feasibility, design and development, construction execution & management, and contract management. He has completed his graduation in Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal, followed by a post-graduation in Infrastructure Design and Management from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, specializing in regional & physical infrastructure. Engaged with RICS SBE since August 2016, Triveni had been in the role of Research Associate contributing to academic and industry-sponsored research, student outreach and running training modules for industry professionals, along with regular academic teaching for subjects like Construction Contracts, Risk Management and Dispute Avoidance & Resolution in Projects.
